Community Concierge Services (CCS) is hiring a Full-Time Pressure Washing Technician to join our Charlotte-area team. You will receive comprehensive training and a clear path to leadership as the company grows.

Responsibilities include operating pressure washing equipment, traveling to service sites across the Charlotte area, and maintaining a professional appearance and safety standards. CCS provides company vehicles, tools, and supportive teamwork every day.

Qualifications

• No prior pressure washing experience required; we provide training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Report to our warehouse each workday by 8:00 AM (Matthews, NC).
• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Travel throughout the Charlotte area and surrounding states to complete service projects.
• Be available to travel up to 100% of the time when business needs require it (approximately 20 weeks per year).
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing CCS.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and customers.
• Follow all company safety procedures, reporting requirements, and operational standards.
• Remain on-site until daily projects are completed.

Skills
