Creative Learning Preschool is seeking a full-time Substitute Teacher to join our team. This role offers the chance to work with multiple classrooms and age groups, supporting teachers and maintaining a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.

Candidates should be flexible, dependable, and enjoy working with young children. We emphasize collaboration with families and a play-based HighScope curriculum in a downtown setting with access to local resources.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for early childhood education and desire to make a difference.
• Available to work between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• At least 21 years old and have completed high school or equivalent.
• Meet Wisconsin Department of Children and Families group child care teacher qualifications or willingness to complete training.
• Registry certificate or willingness to become a member.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to complete licensing required pre‑service certifications.

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
• Step into different classrooms and support teaching teams as needed.
• Follow classroom routines, schedules, and program expectations.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Support daily classroom activities, transitions, meals, and routines.
