Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-person contract near Brockton, MA. CCC-certified or CFY-in-progress, you will support early childhood communication and assessment, starting daily at 7:50 a.m., with a 35-hour week and a steady schedule.

You will observe 5-6 preschoolers weekly using Toni Linder TPBA, serve as observing SLP in a team, manage a caseload of about 10 preschool students, and collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• CCC-CFY or CFY in progress toward completion.
• Willingness to learn the Toni Linder TPBA tool for assessments.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators and families.
• Commitment to culturally responsive and play-based evaluation practices.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate preschool students as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct speech/language therapy in group and individual formats.
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to set goals and strategies.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and related documentation.
