Qualifications

• AA or higher in any field and 24 semester units in ECE/Child Development with core coursework.
• Must have a CA Child Development Teacher Permit (CTC) and required certifications such as CPR/First Aid.
• Background checks (DOJ, FBI, CACI) and pre-employment screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing classroom environment with active supervision.
• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum.
• Conduct DRDP assessments and document progress.
• Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and needs.
• Follow Title 22/Title 5 regulations and agency policies.

Education

Associate degree (AA) or higher in any field
