Job summary

The Learning Experience in Eastvale, CA seeks Preschool teachers to create engaging, nurturing classrooms and implement our LEAP Curriculum, tailored to each child. You will communicate progress to families and collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement.

Ideal candidates hold ECE units, are 18+, CPR/First Aid certified, and can manage physical demands while keeping children safe and engaged in learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 state-approved ECE college units.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (can enroll upon hire).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be of good character and health to perform job duties.
• Must lift up to 50lbs and stand 95% of the day.
• Must read/write English well to prepare forms and records.
• Satisfy mandatory physical and background checks.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to attend staff/parent events and training as required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Preschool children per each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing adventures and achievements through apps and discussions.
• Support our school’s success, partnering with staff and leadership to boost enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic play-and-learn environment.
