Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Tastes and ensures quality of prepared meals.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures after use.
• Store, label and date items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Assist customers and serve meals efficiently and courteously.
• Complete required documentation and logs as needed.
