Eurest in Rockford, IL is hiring a full-time Prep Cook for RTX Collins location. Schedule is Monday through Friday; hours vary. Prior cooking experience preferred.

You will prepare items from production sheets, follow recipes, operate and clean equipment, and adhere to HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to production sheets and recipes.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and serves items at multiple stations.
• Resolves customer concerns and supports daily duties.
