Responsibilities

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets.
• Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase.
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes.
• Manage food inventory when necessary.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion.
