Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at US Venture Cafe, Appleton, WI. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM; prior prep cooking experience preferred and pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs, tasting meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly while following standard portions.
