Chartwells Higher Ed at Western Washington University’s Kings Hawaiian location is hiring a Cook, Prep for a full-time role. You will prepare items from production sheets, follow recipes, and serve customers in a fast-paced food service setting, maintaining quality and portion control.

This position requires prior cooking and prep experience, the ability to work varied shifts, and strict adherence to HACCP and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures; stores, labels and dates food items.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and complies with health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders from customers and serves items at multiple stations.
