Responsibilities

• Prepares items per production sheets and recipes.
• Obtains daily production requirements from the Chef.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and logs.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and reports.
• Takes orders and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Maintains quality and serving temperatures.
• Resolves customer concerns and adheres to sanitation procedures.
