Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK at the Fiserv site in Hagerstown, MD 21740. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday; hours may vary. Apply online only.

Experience is required and the pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. As part of Compass Group’s Eurest division, you will prepare items from production sheets, follow recipes, and maintain HACCP and sanitation standards. Qualifications

• Experience required for prep cook role.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to daily production schedule and recipes.
• Completes and follows production worksheets and waste logs; ensures quality by tasting meals.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time; serves customers efficiently.
• Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.
