Bon Appétit is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at the Tesla facility in Fremont, CA. You will prepare food and serve customers in accordance with recipes and safety standards, with a Monday–Friday schedule and variable hours.

Candidates must have a valid Food Handler's Card and will follow HACCP guidelines, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain cleanliness. The fixed pay rate is $21.50 per hour, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to follow established recipes and production quantities.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes and prepares orders from customers at multiple stations.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and portion controls.
