Compass Group USA's CulinArt segment seeks a full-time Prep Cook at CATS Academy, Braintree, MA. The role supports daily production, following recipes and schedules, and serves students in a school setting.

You'll work a full-time schedule, five days a week, with pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Previous school food service experience is preferred; online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
