Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK at Amgen in Apex, NC. Shift Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–2:30 pm. The role prepares food and serves customers following recipes and safety standards.

Requires at least 1 year of kitchen experience and being team-oriented. Responsibilities include following production sheets, maintaining HACCP compliance, operating equipment safely, and assisting customers at multiple stations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of kitchen experience in the food industry.
• Must be team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitation.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Serve customers and complete orders at multiple stations.
• Keep accurate logs and documentation.
• Resolves customer concerns.
