Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in high-volume professional culinary role.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Complies with HACCP guidelines and health/sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep time.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly; operates at multiple stations.
