Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper serving temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety by following HACCP standards and safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, records, and ordering/receiving of food and supplies.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized, reporting maintenance needs.
