Food Provisions LLC is seeking a full-time Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and assisting with production throughout the day. Responsibilities include washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing workstations, as well as preparing breakfast items, eggs, burgers, sandwiches, and salads.

Candidates should have prior prep cook or kitchen experience, basic food-prep knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous prep cook or kitchen prep experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, recipes, measurements, knife handling, and kitchen utensils preferred.
• Ability to wash, peel, cut, chop, measure, and portion ingredients per recipes and daily production needs.
• Willingness to assist with breakfast items, eggs, burgers, sandwiches, salads, sauces, sides and other menu items as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients and assist with food production throughout the day.

• Assist with breakfast items and other menu items.
• Organize and stock workstations; rotate and store products.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized prep areas; follow FIFO and food-safety procedures.
