The Town Center at Tuckers Cove, part of Troon, in Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression and manage the main switchboard.

Responsibilities include answering calls, guiding guests, handling deliveries, maintaining the reception area, and providing basic administrative support. Requires a high school diploma and availability weekdays and weekends; benefits include healthcare, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one to three months related experience acceptable.
• Ability to read and speak English clearly; proficient in basic office tasks.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate the main switchboard and route calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Greet and assist on-site visitors and direct them accordingly.
• Receive and distribute packages; manage reception area supplies and labeling.
• Provide general clerical support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate contact, address, and birthday records as required.
