Accel Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to provide overwatch and security for collection teams and to drive a follow vehicle on assigned routes.

The role requires vigilance, rapid decision-making, and the ability to document movements of Accel property. Candidates should have active or retired Illinois law enforcement credentials with at least 7 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide overwatch and physical security to collection teams.
• Drive a follow vehicle and provide overwatch security during transit.
• Perform rapid site surveys and assess safety concerns.
• Document access to VGTs/RTs and movement of Accel property.
• Maintain communication with security personnel on route.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in evacuations when needed.
• Capture photos of suspicious persons or situations and distribute to supervisor.
