Arrae Health is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Palm Springs team. The PA-C or NP will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing NP or PA credentials, CA licensure, and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care with strong clinical communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Licensure requirements include California license and DEA registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct primary care services to adult patients within scope and credentials.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations as needed.
• Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and preventive care.
• Document accurately in the EHR and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Palm Springs team.

Position Summary

The PA-C or NP will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is committed to excellent patient care, strong clinical communication, teamwork, and evidence-based medicine.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct primary care services to adult patients within the provider's scope and credentials
• Perform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and follow-up visits
• Order and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging
• Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when appropriate
• Develop, implement, and manage evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Maintain quality, compliance, and patient-safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and other members of the healthcare team

Qualifications

Education

• MSN or DNP for Nurse Practitioners (NP-C or NP-BC), or
• MPAS or equivalent accredited Physician Assistant education (PA-C)

Licensure

• Current, clear, and unrestricted California license
• Current DEA registration, or ability to obtain as required

Experience

• 1+ year of Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred, but not required
• Leadership experience preferred, but not required
