Premier Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Patient Experience Representative to join our team at multiple Lansing area locations. We pride ourselves on a patient-first approach and outstanding customer experience.

The role includes handling documentation, appointments, confidentiality, and supporting clinic operations across Haslett, Holt, Lansing, and Grand Ledge. The position emphasizes excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, scheduling, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Create paper and electronic copies of documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Adjust patient appointments to ensure optimal schedule flow.
• Ensure all equipment, supplies, and office space are clean.
• Assist with exercise instruction when needed.
• Assist with training new techs.
• Delegate tasks as needed.
• Assist the clinic supervisor with supply inventory.

Established in 2015 by Tyler Wilson and Jeffrey Cook, Premier Rehabilitation has grown to 4 locations in Haslett, Holt, Lansing (Frandor), and Grand Ledge. Job Type

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

• To create both paper and electronic copies of documentation.
• To work with personal information and maintain patient confidentiality.
• To make adjustments to patient appointments to ensure optimal schedule flow.
• To ensure all equipment, supplies, and office space are clean
• To assist with exercise instruction when needed
• To assist with training new techs
• Task delegation when needed
• Assisting the clinic supervisor with supply inventory
