Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and health care team.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and fall prevention.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and participate in care conferences as needed.
