Job summary

Evergreen Crossing & Lofts Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-person team at our Indianapolis locations. The PTA will support therapists, assess patient mobility, and help residents regain independence.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement plans and educate family members, with potential duties across multiple centers. The position requires a PTA degree from an accredited program and an active or pending state PTA license, enabling

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and review medical history to verify information and treatment purpose.
