CommuniCare Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Hawthorne Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an opportunity to work across multiple centers, delivering direct patient therapy and collaborative care with our In-House Treatment Team.

The PTA will verify patient information, update histories, and help residents gain independence by improving mobility and daily living skills.

Qualificações

• Requires Physical Therapy Assistant degree from an accredited program.
• Valid or pending State PTA license.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies client information by interviewing client; reviewing and/or recording medical history; confirming purpose of treatment.
• Helps clients improve quality of life by assisting with motor skills and mobility to re-enter the workforce and increase independence.
• Implements treatment plan through direct treatment and collaboration with the supervising Physical Therapist, and educates team and family members.
