Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. You will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to support patient care and follow an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment programs, monitoring patient progress, documenting responses, and maintaining clear communication with the Physical Therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff.

• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
