Job summary

The Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team in a full-time role. The PTA will assist the physical therapist in implementing therapies to improve mobility, manage pain, and promote residents' functional independence in daily activities.

Candidates must hold a valid Tennessee PTA license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and have a genuine interest in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness in a skilled nursing facility.
