Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist at Falcons Landing in Sterling, VA. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and help discharge patients, under physician supervision, as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license per state requirements.
• Knowledge of clinical programs and therapy policies.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; update plans of care as directed by physician.
• Discharge planning and revisions to plans of care.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as required by location.
