Flagship Rehabilitation, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time position at our Lake Ridge, VA facility. The role offers a sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive, mentorship-driven culture.

You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A valid Virginia PT license and APPTA-accredited degree are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (Virginia).
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your discipline.
• Assist in rehab supervisor duties in absense of supervisor.
