OrthoRehab Physical Therapy in Montana seeks a dedicated physical therapist to join our on-site team in Columbia Falls or Kalispell. This full-time, typically 4/10 schedule offers balanced work-life and the chance to impact patients Reach Their Peak through personalized care in a supportive setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and educate on injury prevention and wellness.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Montana Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Mansioni

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Montana Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and wellness practices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomesCollaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards
