Job summary

OrthoRehab Physical Therapy in Montana seeks a dedicated physical therapist to join our on-site team in Columbia Falls or Kalispell. This full-time, typically 4/10 schedule offers balanced work-life and the chance to impact patients Reach Their Peak through personalized care in a supportive setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and educate on injury prevention and wellness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Montana Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management and wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes, collaborating with physicians and care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards.
