Qualifications

• PT license required.
• Open to all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and plan care.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care as needed.
• Provide patient and family counseling regarding physical disorders and discharge planning.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulations.
