Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• BLS certification per American Heart Association.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BS or MS in PT).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to restore function and maximize independence for patients with disability, disease, or injury.
• Organize, conduct and supervise physical therapy programs; oversee assistants and students.
• Identify stroke signs and trigger stroke alert; complete assessments/reassessments within 24 hours when feasible.
