Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of functional deficits.
• Organize, conduct and elevate medically prescribed PT programs.
• Direct and supervise PT assistants and students.
• Recognize and respond to stroke signs per stroke alert process; assessments within 24 hours when feasible.
