Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise in the plan of care under physician supervision.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as part of the therapy team.
• Maintain strong organizational and communication skills to support resident care.
