Job summary

Neshaminy Manor in Warrington, PA seeks a Full-time Physical Therapist to join a dedicated therapy team. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care plans under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree (BPT/MPT/DPT), an active state license, and strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Functional Pathways policies and supervising PTAs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate patients and discharge plans under physician supervision.
• Make revisions in established plan of care as needed.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and coordinate care.
