Position Details

Qualifications

• A Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from an Accredited Program
• Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy Assistant License

Job Responsibilities

• Verify client information by interviewing clients; reviewing and/or recording medical history; confirming purpose of treatment
• Help clients improve their quality of life by assisting them to compensate for limitations, such as helping injured workers improve motor skills and re-enter the labor force, and teaching persons with learning disabilities to increase independence and mobility
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and collaboration with the Physical Therapist, including education of team members and family
• Opportunity to work at multiple centers, serving a wide variety of patient needs
