Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long Green is looking for a PTA Physical Therapist Assistant to fill a full-time position. You'll be part of our esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.

The PTA Physical Therapist Assistant will implement care and interventions to improve patients' mobility through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include providing exercise instruction, demonstrating empathy, and documenting treatment outcomes to enhance patients' physical abilities and well-being. We seek therapists who enjoy being part of a cohesive team, are committed to continuous development, and wish to be involved in team decisions.

• An active state PTA Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
