Avamere at Three Fountains in Medford, Oregon seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed therapists in delivering quality patient care. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, with supervision by licensed therapists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant curriculum.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required during employment.
• State licensure in good standing or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes established patient treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with patients, families, referring physicians, and team members.
• Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirements.
• Develops and enhances clinical and professional skills through knowledge and associations.
• Reports changes in patient status to supervising therapist promptly.
• Coordinates treatment goals with other team members.
