Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will be licensed in NYS, able to evaluate and treat independently, and dedicated to promoting mobility, pain relief, and overall wellness for residents.

You will assist the PT with therapy plans, participate in resident care, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS license for Physical Therapy Assistant.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility.
