Job summary

Otterbein Franklin SeniorLife Community in Franklin, IN, is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and contribute to discharge planning under physician supervision.

Requirements include a degree (BS/MS/PhD) in physical therapy, active state license, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Functional Pathways policies and supervising PT Assistants is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
