Job summary

Functional Pathways at Falcons Landing in Sterling, VA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and modify plans of care under physician supervision.

The role requires a degree in physical therapy and an active state license, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. This is a full-time, on-site position with hourly pay of $45–$60.

• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
