Job summary

Falcons Landing in Sterling, VA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role on our therapy team. The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care plans under physician supervision.

Our facility offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation, an interdisciplinary team, and a resilient resident population including former service members and government employees and spouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
