What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic and sports setting
- Create and implement evidence-based plans of care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive functional training
- Monitor outcomes and adjust plans to optimize patient success
- Collaborate with referring providers and colleagues for coordinated, high-quality care
- Educate patients on strategies to manage pain, regain mobility, and return to activity
- Accurately document care using modern EMR systems
- Option to develop additional skill sets in training and advanced manual therapy creating additional value for patients and your own career
Who You Are:
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Passionate about outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Critical thinker with strong manual therapy and movement-based treatment skills
- Interested in growth — professionally, clinically, and financially
