About BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time outpatient home health position in Bucks County, serving adult and geriatric clients in the Doylestown area.

Qualifications
  • One year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from an accredited program by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Make outpatient visits to clients in designated territories.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans with interventions like manual exercises, gait training, and balance activities.
  • Assess and revise care plans as needed, collaborating with nursing staff.
  • Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence.
  • Document observations and interventions accurately using digital tablets.
