Job summary

Functional Pathways seeks a PRN Physical Therapist for The Caring Place in Franklin, PA. The role involves screening, evaluating, and adjusting plans of care under physician supervision to help residents maintain independence and function.

Requirements include a PT degree (DPT/MPT/BPT) from an accredited program, active state licensure, and strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Supervising PTAs is required.
