Thorne Crest Senior Living Community in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time role. You will screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate residents, and discharge plans as supervised by a physician.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
