Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a State Pharmacy Assistant license.
• Experienced in the use of prescription management and/or shipping software, systems, and tools.
• Basic pharmacy knowledge preferred (on-the-job training provided).
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and QA checks.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and schedule deliveries while maintaining professional communication.
• Support shipping, inventory, and stocking to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and work under pharmacist supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
