Interaction with customers should be professional and appropriate. Discussions should be focused on nutrition, animal care and product information. Personal conversations should be avoided* Educate customers about products and offer suggestions to meet their needs* Process sales transactions accurately at POS registers and online orders**Product Knowledge and Education Responsibilities:*** Demonstrate comprehension and completion of all JRCs* Participate in scheduled classroom trainings* Read Product Training Sheets and complete associated quizzes* Know relevant features and benefits of current food brands and categories* Demonstrate comprehension of basic cat and dog physiology and nutrition* Communicate information consistent with the All The Best philosophy* Utilize knowledge of products and pet nutrition to make recommendations**Team Member Responsibilities:*** Work well with others to achieve sales and operational goals and objectives* Take initiative to perform tasks that need to be done at slow times during the day* Follows directions from leadership* Support other team members as needed* Have a positive attitude and is willing and able to work at other stores and send help to stores as needed.
