Responsibilities

• Prepare online orders for pickup in store and ensure a smooth pickup experience.
• Care for store-owned pets, including feeding, watering, and maintaining habitats.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with pricing changes and promotions.
• Stage and stock products to match planners; upsell merchandise and live pets.
• Promote events, adoption weekends, and enrollment programs; follow safety policies.
• Transport sick/injured pets to the veterinarian when needed and ensure safety.
• Support other store areas as required and participate in recognition culture.
